Self-awareness is a lifelong journey of noticing what’s happening within us… in our thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences. Alongside that work, we learn to meet ourselves with honesty and compassion. As we continue to grow, here are a few gentle questions to help us reflect on where we are right now:

1. What are you learning about yourself lately?

2. What practices or tools have helped you get to know yourself better in the past? (e.g., prayer, journaling, MBTI/Enneagram, dream work)

3. How is your body feeling these days? What is it trying to tell you?

4. What kind of things are you thinking about often? How do you talk to yourself internally?

5. What emotions have been showing up most often for you?

6. Where is there an invitation? Do you feel drawn to notice and tend to your emotions more regularly? Your body? Your thinking patterns? Who can you talk to about this?

7. Is there anything about yourself that feels hard to accept right now? How might you bring that part of you to God in prayer?
