We are invited to slow down and pay attention, ask God for guidance, in the physical here + now. May this space be a resource for contemplative practices, prayers and invitations toward a slowed-down spirituality… for those that follow Jesus and for those that are Christo-curious.

In our training (and maybe our trying), we move from mechanical to relational – slowing down our spirits, minds and bodies so we can pay attention to Divine invitations in our ordinary (sacred) moments.
